Become a Rector

Rectors are at the heart of students’ personal development and formation. Rectors live among students in the residence halls and know them better than anyone else on campus. They know the students in their halls by name, and work tirelessly to foster a close-knit community where students grow spiritually, succeed academically, and thrive socially. As pastoral leaders, rectors help guide students through the perennial challenges of college life and connect them with the University’s myriad resources so they can make good choices and decisions, and ultimately succeed.
